Rearview Mirror Adjustment Method
Everyone has different habits when driving, and generally adjusts their rearview mirrors based on their feelings. In fact, there are certain rules for rearview mirror adjustment. Attention should be paid to the following issues during adjustment: For interior rear-view mirrors, adjust the left and right positions so that the left edge of the mirror surface is just cut to the right earline of your image in the mirror. This means that under normal driving conditions, you cannot see yourself in the interior rearview mirror, while the upper and lower positions are based on placing the distant horizon in the center of the mirror surface. For the left side rearview mirror, the upper and lower positions center the distant horizon, while the left and right positions adjust to 1/4 of the mirror area occupied by the vehicle body. For the right side rearview mirror, because the driver's seat is located on the left side, it is not easy for the driver to master the right side of the vehicle body. In addition, sometimes the need for roadside parking requires that the ground area of the right side rearview mirror be larger when adjusting the up and down positions, accounting for about two-thirds of the mirror surface. The left and right positions can also be adjusted to account for 1/4 of the vehicle body area.
